From bar to wheel.
Each wheel starts as a cylindrical bar of 6061 aluminium, then moves through forging, shaping, CNC machining and finishing.
Cylindrical blocks
Factory racks of aluminium blanks — the start of aluminium forging for every Aphero wheel.
Precision detail
CNC machining and engraving on the lip — precision manufacturing down to the millimetre.
Forged aluminium
