A) How to Place Your Order

Thank you for considering Aphero Wheels for your custom wheels! Here’s a simple guide on how to place your order:

1. Initial Discussion: Once you have discussed your desired wheel specifications with an Aphero Wheels representative, we can begin the manufacturing process.
2. ⁠Order Confirmation: All orders must be confirmed via email before any deposit is made. Please ensure that all details are accurate.
3. Deposit Payment: After confirming your order via email, you may proceed with the deposit payment. This will initiate the creation of CAD drawings, which will provide you with 3D colour representations of your wheels.
4. Final Specifications: After reviewing the CAD drawings, you will need to confirm the final specifications in writing. Only after this confirmation can you make the final payment.
5. ⁠Custom Manufacturing: The full payment is required to start the manufacturing process. Please note that changes to your order must be communicated and confirmed before this payment.
6. Contract Binding: Once your payment is made, a binding contract is established. You officially become part of the Aphero Wheels family, a community built on trust and loyalty.

B) Information Required for Your Order

To ensure a successful order process, please provide the following details clearly via email:

• Wheel Design (specify X.XX or X.XXX)
• Diameter, Width, Offset (Front & Rear) and Centre Bore
• Centre Cap Colour
• Centre Cap Style (Flat / Raised / Custom Logo)
• Finish and Colour of Wheel Face
• Finish and Colour of Lip (Flat, Stepped, or Euro Style)
• Finish, Colour, and Location of Hardware
• Valve Location (in front of the face or behind)
• Vehicle Information (Manufacturer, Model, Year, and any custom modifications)
• Any Custom Requirements (e.g., personalized engraving)

 

Please note: Failure to provide accurate information may lead to fitment issues, for which Aphero Wheels cannot be held responsible.

 

C) Responsibility and Confirmation

• All changes to your order must be confirmed in writing by an Aphero Wheels representative.
• By completing the final payment, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate and that the wheels will fit your vehicle as intended.
• Each wheel is custom-made, and it is your responsibility to verify fitment based on the information provided.

 

If any issues arise, we will do our best to address them, but resolution will be at the discretion of Aphero Wheels.
