Warranty Policy Overview
3-Year Structural Warranty:
Aphero Wheels offers a three-year warranty on the structural integrity of the wheels for the original purchaser. All new-condition Aphero wheels are guaranteed free from defects in materials and workmanship, confirmed by a visual inspection of 60 cm due to the intricate nature of our precision machining.
6-Month Finish Warranty:
There is a six-month warranty from the date of original purchase for the manufacturer’s paint or powder coat finishes; this warranty is non-transferable. Please note, it does not cover lacquer, brushed, or polished finishes.
Repair or Replacement:
The warranty for both structure and finish is limited to the repair or replacement of wheels at Aphero Wheels’ discretion, applicable only to those deemed covered under the warranty. We do not provide coverage for road collisions or damages arising from accidents, neglect, potholes, road debris, or exposure to harsh chemicals, including acid-based cleaning products.
Tyre & Wheel Specifications:
To maintain warranty integrity, tyre and wheel width combinations must adhere to the tyre manufacturer’s recommendations. Damage from improper tyre sizes or loads will not be covered. Proper tyre inflation is crucial in mitigating excessive stress on the wheels over time.
Modifications & Installations:
Aphero Wheels that have undergone modifications or repairs are not eligible for warranty coverage. Additionally, damages resulting from improper installation or non-approved hardware are not covered.
Shipping and Claim Process:
This warranty does not cover damages that arise due to improper shipping or handling. All warranty claims should be submitted in writing via email to info@apherowheels.com, accompanied by relevant photographs. Upon acknowledgment from our local representative, you will be issued a warranty reference number, which must be included in all subsequent communications. Please allow up to four weeks for warranty review. Aphero Wheels will not be responsible for any shipping costs incurred in relation to warranty claims, which includes expenses related to removal, installation, or loss of use.
Once a claim is accepted, wheels must be returned properly packed and transported at your expense. Upon receipt, we will inspect the product to ascertain if the issue stems from poor workmanship or materials. If determined that the fault lies with us, we will rectify or replace the necessary components at no cost. However, if the issue is attributed to user error or neglect, the wheels will remain at our factory until you arrange for collection.

Encountering issues with fitment? Don’t worry! Please reach out to Aphero Wheels representative, and we will do our utmost to evaluate and assist you.
If it turns out there is a legitimate fitment problem—whether it be incorrect diameter, PCD, width, or offset based on your final order—we will handle the collection and correction at no cost to you. However, please note that this does not allow for cancellation or a refund.
We highly recommend performing a test fit of your wheels before mounting tires. Should you have any questions, feel free to contact us for guidance—we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Just a reminder: any damage to the wheel resulting from improper use or handling will void the warranty as per our policy, but this will not affect your rights in the event of a valid fitment issue.
